Yòng rén bù yí, yí rén bú yòng. Jìrán jiāo gěi nǐ le, jiù fàngshǒu qù zuò.
If you use someone, don't doubt them. Since I've handed it to you, go do it your way.
己所不欲，勿施于人。要求团队加班，自己先别到点就走。
Jǐ suǒ bú yù, wù shī yú rén. Yāoqiú tuánduì jiābān, zìjǐ xiān bié dào diǎn jiù zǒu.
Don't impose on others what you don't want for yourself. If you ask the team to work late, don't leave on the dot yourself.
